I do have an option for you, however the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15317 referenced in your question is designed to fit the 1994 C/K Pickup that features a 10 inch deep drop bumper. This particular hitch will not fit your Chevy c2500 that has the factory roll pan bumper.
For your truck, I instead recommend the Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch # 41522. This Class III hitch is confirmed to fit your truck as long as it doesn't have the 8 foot bed or is the 4-Door Crew Cab model. It features a 2 inch receiver opening and a towing capacity of 5,000 pounds. This is the highest rated custom-fit trailer hitch we have available for your truck.
I have attached the complete written installation instructions for this hitch that you can also take a look at. All of the mounting hardware is included.
