What color of light ,kelvin are they,and if on a generator circuit will a voltage surge be an issue

I reached out to my contact at Optronics who said that the Optronics LED RV Interior Light # RVILL33 that you referenced has a Kelvin rating of 3050-3250K.
As far as surge protection goes, it has a ground wire so a little influx should be okay, but if you are talking about a bigger surge then it may be an issue as with anything else connected to that circuit.
