Why Shouldn't Scissor Jacks be Used to Support Trailer Getting Loaded with Car Unhitched

Question:
Want ot keep my classic car in my enclosed 16foot trailr and use it like a garage. Want ot be able to pull in and out. summer only Do you think the 5000lb scissor stabilizers mounted at the rear corners would support the trailer from the nose tipping up when pulling the car in and out. Of course I want ot do this without the trailer connected to truck due to space limitations.

I wish I could say yes, but scissor jacks like part # JSC-30 really aren't designed for that type of application. What you are trying to do becomes a little bit sketchy because the nose of the trailer is going to want to climb as well as the trailer roll forward so basically it's a recipe for disaster.
You really would want to load and unload the trailer with it connected to a truck.
