The Valterra Folding Manual Stabilizer # 020106 referenced in your question will work on any RV or trailer that features 14 to 28 inches of frame-to-ground clearance. It does not have a specific weight capacity, as the system is designed to simply provide support and not actually lift any part of the RV.
As long as your RV has the needed frame-to-ground clearance, this system can be used.
