Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2011 Saab 9-3 Sedan with Single Exhaust

Question:
It seems to be saying # C11140 but I do NOT have a sport combo with dual exhaust, I have a 9-3 turbo4 which is the 9-3 sedan with single exhaust. Please advise what hitch I would need?
