The Replacement Split Bushing # RM-205212-10 that you referenced is a fit for the Roadmaster anti-sway bars with 1-5/8" diameter bars and has the following dimensions:

Bar Diameter - 1-5/8"
Height - 2-7/8"
Length - 3-7/8"
Width - 3-1/4"
