There are not any trunk mounted bike racks currently fit guided from any of our manufacturers for your 2018 Jeep Compass.
My recommendation is to use a hitch mounted rack using the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76144 and the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Platform Rack # KU74FR. This rack will safely hold your bikes by the wheels for no frame contact, will allow easy loading of even the inner most bike, and will allow you to tilt the rack with bikes loaded for cargo access. I've attached videos to assist.
