I see that the Extang Trifecta Tonneau cover # EX92985 comes with a special adapter that allows the cover to install on a 2015 Nissan Frontier 5 foot bed with the Utili-Trac system. Will the bed extender work with this cover and special adapter?

The Extang Trifecta part # EX92985 does come with an adapter setup to allow it to install on a truck like your 2016 Nissan Frontier with the Utili Track. I attached a picture that shows this as well. It does not come with an adapter to allow you to retain the use of the bed exteder. Only option for that is the Access Original tonneau cover part # 834532006854 which is a roll-up cover that sits on top of the bed rails and the bed extender adapter part # 834532006946.
