Since your truck has a box van on it there is a solution for installing a hitch, but a custom fit one like the # C13016 would not work.
I spoke to my contacts at Curt and Reese and the only styles of hitches that can be made to fit a box van like yours are multi-fit RV hitches like the # 41990 that has a 16k capacity. This is a weld on hitch that would require either the 7 inch drop brackets part # 4907 or the 16 inch brackets part # 4916.
