Since the Q Tower style of Yakima roof rack is being phased out they don't have a set of Q Clips that fit a 2017 Toyota Tacoma double cab at this time but we do have a solution that would work for you.
If you have a set of round bars like the part # Y00408 they recommend for your vehicle you can piece together the rest of the roof rack that you'd need. You'll want the BaseLine Towers part # Y28TR, RoundBar SL Adapter # Y03536, the BaseClip kit part # Y06145, and BaseClip kit part # Y06128.
