Hello I would like to buy 2 Thule bike rack locks. I have 2 now and would like to buy more matching Key # N149. is that possible ? I would also like to buy a master key to the new locks.

If you are referring to the locking cores then you can use part # THLOCKN149 which will work with your N149 keys like part # THKEYN149. If you need to replace any of the locking cores then you are also going to want to use part # 853-1251.
