What is the torque specification for tightening the bolts on the 60inch kit when installing in a fiberglass pickup topper?

I checked with Thule and there isn't a torque spec requirement for the hardware holding the tracks, # THTB60, to the roof of a camper shell. The nuts included are lock nuts so they won't back out. Making them snug using hand tools will be sufficient since each track is held down with 6 fasteners.
