We've never had the chance to install the Curt trailer hitch receiver, part # C11195, on a 2014 Audi Allroad so I don't have that exact measurement for you. However, the hitch from the point where it connects to the vehicle's frame rails to its lowest point measures about 10 inches. So if you measure on your vehicle from the bottom of the frame rails where it installs to the ground and subtract 10 inches you'll have a pretty close estimate.
If you're going to be towing a trailer you also need the recommended ball mount, part # C45521 with pin and clip # F-4, and then either a 1-7/8 inch hitch ball, part # A-80, or a 2 inch hitch ball, part # A-82.
The wiring harness to power a trailer's lights that I recommend is part # C59236.
