The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75902 is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Nissan Rogue. Based on its design, it will not change the tail gate lift sensor. You will still be able to utilize that feature to the left or right of the center receiver tube.

I have a 2019 Rogue. I'm guess this will work on the 2019 as well? I believe they are pretty much identical.
