Yes, the Thule Hull-A-Port XT Kayak Carrier # TH848 does come with two cradles. It has adjustable arms so you can carry either 1 kayak in the angled position, 2 kayaks in the vertical position or it can be made flat when you are not carrying kayaks.
The Hull-A-Port XT also comes with a pair of tie-down straps as well as a pair of bow/stern tie-downs. You can also protect your investment by locking the carrier to your roof rack via the Thule One-Key System lock cylinders # TH450200.
