I have a 2003 Mini Cooper, manual 5 speed. Are these the correct base plates? I have a Stowmaster 5000 tow bar.

Regrettably, The Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit, Item # 521876-1, does not fit your 2003 Mini Cooper. The right base plates for your Mini are in the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit, Item # BX1303. Unfortunately, they will not work with your Roadmaster Stowmaster 5000 tow bar.
If you are interested in changing to a tow bar that fits the Blue Ox base plates then I recommend the Blue Ox Acclaim Tow Bar, Item # BX4330.
