Do you sell pre made covers are are they custom made?

The covers we carry for your Lance 1062 are not custom made by the manufacturers but they have been fitted to many models like yours. Based on the research of your camper it appears it is 20 feet long overall and 96 inches wide.
If that is accurate as listed on the Lance website, then there is not a cover we carry long enough. However, if they rounded up as they often do, then you will want the Camco UltraGuard Slide-In Camper Cover - 19-1/2' Long # CAM45773. This longest truck bed camper cover we carry. It has a 3-layer top panel that protects from sun, snow, and rain but also leaves the cover breathable to resist mildew. It is 102 inches wide and has integrated adjusting straps to prevent billowing and flapping.
