Question:
Hello! I currently own a 1987 21 ft fleetwood camper trailer. I have to tow it across the country in a couple of months and I want to make sure it is going to make it. I am looking at replacing the axles with this timbren axle-less system. It is a dual axle trailer that weighs about 3800-4000 pounds. With the 2000 pound timbren axles, would i need 2 sets to support the 4000 pound trailer? or should i get a bigger set? Any advice is helpful!!! Thank you!

If the trailer was designed to run on two axles I would stick with that and use 2 of the 2K Timbren systems such as # A20RS545 if the gross trailer weight capacity is 4,000 pounds. This will offer the proper support as well as distribute the weight as intended and will be more stable than a single, higher capacity Timbren axle-less system.
Timbren system # A20RS545 also includes hubs with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. If you are using the existing wheels and tires then make sure they have the proper bolt pattern. If they have a different bolt pattern or if you want to replace the wheels and tires let me know.
If the gross trailer weight capacity is over 4,000 pounds then you would need to go to 2 of the 3,500 pound systems, # A35RS545.
