The 5th Wheel Pin Box Cover for Lippert # LC301458 is placed directly on top of your existing Lippert 1621 pin box and secured with the included fasteners. The front two fasteners secure the cover to the front of the pin box with the included self tapping screws and then the rear holes are attached to the body of the RV.
