This product is intended to be a Replacement Ball # C60616 for the Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch w/ Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs # C60720. This hitch is confirmed to fit the 2008 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 6-3/4 and 8 Foot Bed if you have that gooseneck hitch. if you have another hitch let me know what it is and I'll recommend a hitch ball to fit.
