The 2010 Infiniti G37S Convertible with manual transmission is able to be flat towed. It is recommended to not exceed 70 mph and to allow the engine to idle in neutral for several minutes every 500 miles to circulate the fluids.
Here is what I recommend for a complete flat towing system for your vehicle. I recommend starting with the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BX1842. Then for a tow bar, I recommend the Blue Ox Alpha Tow Bar # BX7380 which comes with the safety cables needed. I recommend getting the locks # BX88177 to secure your vehicles together.
For your wiring, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which will allow you to use your vehicle wiring while still protecting it for a clean look and function.
For your supplemental braking, I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251. This is a proportional braking system that will apply the brakes to your Infinity with the same pressure and at the same time you hit the brakes in your motorhome. This system only requires adjustment at installation and then becomes a plug and play system.
Finally, you will need a high-low adapter. I've linked an article as well as the link to your options so you can get the correct fit. Let me know if you have any questions.
