Expert Reply:
The Aluminum Hi-Spec Series 6 Trailer Wheel - 15" x 6" Rim - 6 on 5-1/2 is # AM22652 and has a load capacity of 2,830 lbs which is 5,660 lbs per axle. So they will work very well for your 5,200 lb axles and you will be restricted by your axle capacity or other components rather than your wheels for the max capacity of your trailer.
For the tires you requested, the Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D # AM10256 will work with your trailer capacity well and has a load capacity of 2540 lbs at 65 psi. They are rated for speeds up to 65 mph. You will also want valve stem # AM20904.
