Hi I have a 2018 f150 crew 6.5 bed truck 4x4 looking to put the b and w gooseneck hitch in looking for info on what airbag kits would work

We can help you select a rear-axle air bag kit for your 2018 Ford F-150 4x4 crew cab with 6-1/2-foot bed that will be compatible with an in-bed hitch such as a B&W gooseneck.
The gooseneck hitch from B&W that fits your truck is kit # BW77FR. This kit includes frame brackets that do not require drilling. And if you ever need to tow a 5th wheel all you need to add is the B&W Companion Slider hitch # BWRVK3400. For an in-bed 7-way harness use part # 50-97-410-010 from Bargman.
For air bags you can use the hitch-compatible AirLift kit # AL57385. Be sure to always maintain no less than 5-psi pressure in the bags. Pressure adjustment is made much simpler with a compressor kit such as the WirelessONE # AL25980. An F-150 install video for this kit is linked for you.
