The Curt hitch part # C11282 has the ground clearance advantage by 3/4 of an inch. When we installed it on a 2014 Chevy Cruze we found that from the top of the hitch opening to the ground measured 10-3/4 inches and with the Draw Tite part # 24882 the same dimensions was 10 inches.
