The etrailer Class III 2 Inch Hitch, part # e98906 will fit your 2011 Volkswagen Tiguan.

For a 2-bike rack that will fit your 2-inch hitch we will have a wide selection of bike racks available. Since your Volkswagen Tiguan has a rear hatch, you might want to look at a tilting or folding bike rack that will allow you access to the rear cargo area. You will want to make sure not to exceed the tongue weight capacity of your hitch and vehicle as stated in the vehicle owner's manual. The weight of the bike rack plus the weight of the bikes is considered tongue weight.
