I have a 2001 hurricane motorhome 31 is it 501Lor 502L is the right ladder for the back of the RV

Expert Reply:
Although there is no manufacturer recommendation for a ladder on your 2001 Hurricane motorhome I recommend going with the Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder # LA-401 over the 97" Long Surco Universal Exterior RV Ladder # SP501L or the 84-1/2" LongSurco Universal Exterior RV Ladder # SP502L.
The reason being that the Stromberg Carlson option is 99-1/2" long and can be cut to custom-fit your application. As long as you install it to a part of your trailer that is structurally solid you are good to go.
I have attached a picture with the dimensions of the ladder and a review video for you to check out as well.
