I have a 2005 Subaru Forester with factory flush rails, and an old pair of Yakima railgrab crossbars. Which size claw is optimal for this vehicles rails? Thanks!

I checked with Yakima and for your 2005 Subaru Forester and the now discontinued RailGrab they recommended the small claw which is the part # Y80145.
