We do have a Hopkins wiring harness for your 2010 Toyota RAV4, but part # HM43315 that you asked about is for other Toyota vehicles.
For your RAV4 use part # HM11143445 which plugs into connectors on both sides in the rear cargo area. Then you need to run a power wire to the battery of the RAV4 and install the included fuse.
