I was attempting to remove the current fit clamps attached to the 480r foot and I snapped off the silver plastic clip inside the foot where the fit kit clamp clicks into. Is this going to be a problem if only on one foot?

You'll have to replace the foot which we have as part # 7522249001. This is the correct replacement foot for the # TH480R.
