Question:
What would an appropriate rating for a A-Frame trailer Jack. I have a 6000 Lbs. GVWR trailer that has a hitch or tongue load of 467 Lbs.

Expert Reply:
An A-Frame Trailer Jack only needs to have the capacity to lift the tongue weight since it is positioned on the trailer tongue. For a trailer with a dry tongue weight of under 500 lbs I recommend the Dutton-Lainson A-Frame Jack # DL22530; you could then add a foot plate with # DL22541 or wheel with # DL22414 depending on what you need.
I've added links to video reviews of these products for you to take a look at as well.
