When I went under the truck, I found that my connection is dead different. Please see attached photo. Do you have any recommendations now?

Yes, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package # C55664 will work depending on the way your 4-way plugs in. If you have the standard US car connector, then yes this will do the trick.
If you don't have that car connector, I recommend the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC6. This kit includes all parts necessary to install an electric trailer brake controller in your vehicle. Plus, A 6-Way connector.
If you are not wanting to use a brake controller, the use # 37175 Adapter 4 Pole to 6 Pole and 4 Pole Trailer Wiring Adapter.
