My apologies for the mistakes in my e-mail below. After re-measuring my bedroom slide, the slide out measures 81 and 1/4 inches outside flange to outside flange. Which slide out cover would you recommend?

If your dimensions of 86-1/2 inches includes the mounting flange then the part # LCV000168106 that you referenced is the correct awning as it fits a range of 86" to 91-3/4".
If instead you are less than 86 inches you'd need the part # LCV000165062 which is for box and flange widths of 80" to 85-3/4".
