I was wondering if your Chains #PWH2821SC will fit LT265-75R-16 tires? If not what do you have that has ice cleats and cam locks?

There are chains available which will work for you but the Glacier V-Bar # PWH2821SC are not confirmed to fit 265/75-16 tires.
Instead you would need the Glacier V-Bar part # PWH2828SC; these are confirmed to fit your 265/75-16 tires and also have ice cleats and cam locks like the chains you referenced. I've added a link to a pair of video reviews on these chains for you to take a look at.
