Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Suspension Kit Recommendation for 2002 Ford F-250
Updated 02/08/2018 | Published 02/07/2018 >
Question:
I have a 2002 F250. I know that 250s of that time came with a 2 inch factory spacer block in the rear while 350s came with a 4 inch factory block. I have the factory 2 inch block plus a 1 inch spacer block for a total of 3 inches. Will this kit work for me? I’m guessing that if the same kit fits the 250 and 350 it should work. Thank you.

I checked with Air Lift and the LoadLifter 5000 # AL57393 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2002 Ford F-250. Block lifts are body lifts so that means it would not affect the install and performance of this kit.
If it was a suspension lift instead you'd still be fine as Air Lift does not make 1 inch spacer blocks.
