The Du-Ha Tote Wheeled Storage Container # DU70103 that you referenced has 3 steel latches on the front that secure the lid when it is closed. If you would like to lock them then you would need padlocks.
Although there are 3 latches, I recommend going with the Master Lock Covered Solid Body Padlocks # 141T which comes in a pack of 2.
