I wish there was a way to lock the rear seat down on to of the Du-Ha Truck Storage Box and Gun Case # DU20110 but the best lock for it would be the door locks of your 2016 Ford F-150. The seat also wouldn't fold up on it's own with this installed. To most people it would just look like a storage area under the seat.

I may have a solution for you, but DuHa does not make an underseat locking gun storage box for any mid size trucks like the 2016 Chevy Colorado. It's not going to be exactly what you're looking for but they do have 2 truck bed mounting options that you could use on your truck with the # DU70103 or the # DU70114 (same as the DU70103 but with mounting brackets).
