Are the wheels always hitting the ground? I want to put this in my truck bed but will it be wheeling around when I drive?

The wheels on the Du-Ha Tote Storage Container # DU70103 referenced in your question allow for easy maneuvering of the container. If you would like to mount the container in place on your truck bed so that it does not move during travel, you will just want to add the Mounting Bracket # DU70104. This heavy-duty aluminum bracket will let you attach the Du-Ha Container to the truck bed and keep it stationary. It features a sliding track so you can easily pull the container in and out of the truck when needed.
