This will keep your factory look and will give you locking that is integrated with your power lock system so when you lock the doors, it will also lock your tailgate.
If you are looking for a manual lock option, I recommend the Pilot Integrated OEM Tailgate Lock for Dodge Ram # LH-007. This will keep your factory look but will require a separate key and manual operation.
