The Carr Custom-Fit Side Step # CARR103991-1 referenced in your question features an extremely durable, cast aluminum alloy construction. This will also do a great job of resisting rust and corrosion over time.
These steps have platforms that measure 7 inches long and 3-1/2 inches wide. All of the needed hardware is also included. I have attached the installation instructions that you can use for reference.
