Will these fit a 2003 Ford E 150? I tried to models that didn't.

The Carr Custom-Fit Side Step # CARR103991-1 is not a fit for your 2003 Ford E-150. There are not any of this style available for your van. Instead for that black look with the step function, I recommend the DeeZee Rough Step Running Boards w/ Custom Installation Kit # DZ15300S-15324 which are a confirmed fit for your vehicle. These running boards are 7 inches wide and 36 inches long. I've attached a video to assist.
