The Carr Custom-Fit Side Step # CARR103991-1 referenced in your question does include all the necessary hardware for installing the step on your truck.
The step platform is 7 inches long and 3-1/2 inches wide. This will come with 1 step and a limited lifetime warranty. I have attached the written installation instructions that you can also take a look at.
