Turns out you're in luck!
The MB Sturgis Propane Hose # 100022-60-MBS is a 5' hose that has the POL tank and 1 lb throwaway cylinder connections just like the Camco Propane Cylinder Adapter # CAM59943.
The MB Sturgis hose has a max flow capacity of 500,000 Btu per hour.
