Since the Camco Propane Hose Assembly # CAM59913 that you referenced has flare fittings, Teflon tape is not needed.
The flare is designed in such a way that it seals the connection just like tape or a seal would. The 3/8" Female Flare connections make the 3' hose perfect for hooking up an appliance to your gas supply provided it has a 3/8" male flare connection.
This hose has a max flow capacity of 200,000 Btu.
