I do have a solution to help with the sag in your tow vehicle as well as with sway control for your enclosed car hauler, but unfortunately 28-1/2" arms on a Weight Distribution (WD) system is the shortest that we have to offer.

Most people like to use a sway control like the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit # 83660 which can be used without a WD system. You will just need a way to mount the small hitch ball. You can use the Reese Sway-Control Bracket # RP26003 if you have a 2" receiver or a Weld-On Sway Control Tab # C45822 to accomplish this.

Another option that does not require you to make changes to both your trailer frame and your ball mount system is the Tuson # 335TSC-1000. This connects directly to your 7-Way on your truck and limits the side-to-side movement of your trailer by activating the trailer's brakes.

Installing some helper springs (air bags) on your 2005 Ford F-250/F-350 can help to take the sag out of your towing setup. Typically a WD system is preferred, but for your situation this is what you will want to use.

If your F-250/F-350 is a 2WD then you can use the Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs # F4160, but if it is a 4WD then you will want to use the Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2400 instead. Some of these combinations are not compatible if you have a 5th wheel or gooseneck hitch installed as well so let me know if that is the case and I can confirm a fit.

To make inflating the air bags and monitoring them easy you can also install the Air Command I # F2158 which is a single function system. If you would rather control the air bags apart from each other you will want the Air Command II # F2219 instead.
