Troubleshooting Brake Lights that Come on With Parking Lights

Question:
Brake lights remain on when parking lights/ truck lights are turned on. Brake lights Work fine otherwise.

Is this on a trailer or on a vehicle? What it sounds like though is a short between the running light circuit and the brake lights. I'd recommend you go over the wiring of the vehicle/trailer looking for anything that's shorting out like cut or exposed wire and fix as needed.
