Suspension Enhancement Recommendation 2001 Ford F-350 with Truck Camper to Help Reduce Body Roll
Published 01/23/2018 >
Question:
Hello I have a 2001 Ford F-350 CC, 4x4, dually, 5960# load carry capacity, stock suspension and shocks. Mounted an 11foot cabover camper, 3650# loaded. Will add an extended hitch to pull 7700# TT trailer With only the Camper in place, I am experiencing excessive Roll. Would like to modify both front and rear suspension. Q In addition to SUMO or Timbren springs, what brand Shocks do you recommend? Thanks,

Helpful Expert Reply:
Since your 2001 Ford F-350 has stock shocks any shock replacement is going to give you improved ride and prevent body roll. Yours are 17 years old and are definitely worn out so even stock replacements will help quite a bit.
The best suspension enhancement kit we have for your situation is the SuperSprings Stabilizer part # SSA13 which is a confirmed fit and does an excellent job removing body roll. It actually has the best reputation for removing body roll of all of the suspension upgrade options that we offer.
