Question:

I was wonder if you have the allen key available for purchase separately. It has gone missing and we would like to replace it. I tried looking on your site for a replacement but I was not able to locate it. Could you help point me in the right direction? The vehicle this kit goes on is a 2013 Infiniti JX35.

Rhino-Rack has replacement security key # SECKEY-L. Customers have stated that it does not have the "torque feedback" like the original one but still works on the roof rack hardware. The original, Torkey-L, is not available as a separate part.
