As long as the 4Runner is equipped with a 2 inch receiver, and the top of the receiver has at least 3/4 inch of clearance above it, the Michigan Logo Hitch Cover should work great with your 2011 Toyota 4Runner.
To secure the hitch cover into the receiver, you will need either a pin and clip, part # PC3 or a locking hitch pin, part # e98882. If you should decide to go with the locking hitch pin, do yourself a favor and write down the key number and keep it someplace safe. Replacement keys are available if the key number is known.
