Solution for Mounting Two RockyMounts BrassKnuckles Roof Bike Rack Close to Each Other

Question:
Does the arm have option of being moved so when mounting a pair of these, we can reverse the arm prior to installation?

Typically when people carry two of the roof mounted racks like the RockyMounts BrassKnuckles Roof Bike Rack part # RKY1201-FB and they are close enough that clearance issues may arise what they'll do is stagger the direction of the racks. So one will face forward and the other will face rearwards.
