Replacement Mounting Kit for Thule Lappland Roof Mounted Cargo Basket

I have an old Thule Lappland roof basket that I need help finding mounting hardware for. The cross bars are Thule square bars. The mounting holes on the rack seem to fit a 5mm thread with 40mm center to center. With the basket sitting on the Thule square bars the bolt length needs to be a minimum of 40mm.

The closest I can come for the Thule Lappland kit's original mounting kit is the Replacement U-Bolt for Peloton, part # TH853-5420-02 and Replacement 3 Wing knobs, part # 753-0745.
The kit may not be tall enough, as the arms are 1-1/2 (38.1 mm) inch tall to the base of the U-bolt, but they should fall just about right for the spacing at about 1-5/8 (41.3mm) inches from center to center.
